Reima Rytsölä (born 1969) took the position of Solidium’s CEO in August 2022. Previously, he was the deputy CEO at Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and worked in various positions in Pohjola Bank. Reima is a member of Metso's, Nokian Tyres' and Stora Enso's board of directors and chair of the nomination boards of Konecranes, Outokumpu and Valmet.

Annareetta Lumme-Timonen (born 1967) is responsible for the Anora, Metso, Stora Enso and Valmet holdings at Solidium. In addition, she manages the corporate responsibility work at Solidium. Annareetta is a member of Anora’s and Valmet´s board of directors and the chairperson of the nomination boards of Metso and Tietoevry. Annareetta has been working at Solidium since 2009 and holds the degrees of M.Sc. (Eng.) and D.Sc. (Tech.).

Inka Virtanen (born 1985) works as the assistant to Solidium’s chair of the board of directors and as a legal assistant. Her duties consist of assisting the chair of the board and handling legal assistance duties. She has worked at Solidium since 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, HSO, degree.

Jaana Lahti (born 1985) works as assistant to Solidium’s CEO and she is a HR specialist. Her duties consist of assisting the CEO and handling human resouces tasks. Jaana has worked at Solidium since 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, HSO, degree.

Joonas Hytti (born 1992) works as an associate at Solidium. He is responsible for conducting analyses in the Elisa, Metso and Outokumpu investment teams. In addition, he is in charge of the calculation of returns and the annual report project. Joonas holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2019.

Mari Ovaskainen (born 1978) works as an assistant at Solidium. She is responsible for management and HR management tasks as well as IT procurement and maintenance. She has worked at Solidium since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Natalie Nevaste (born 1986) works as a communications assistant and office coordinator at Solidium. She is responsible for assisting in communications tasks and for office maintenance duties and their coordination. She is also in charge of implementing the WWF Green Office system at Solidium. Natalie holds a Master of Hospitality Management degree and has worked at Solidium since 2011.

Pauli Anttila (born 1984) works as an investment director at Solidium. He is responsible for the holdings in Elisa, Konecranes and Nokian Tyres. In addition, he is a board member at Konecranes and Finnish Minerals Group and the chair of Elisa’s and Nokian Tyres' nomination board. Pauli has worked at Solidium since the founding of the company in 2009. He holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree.

Petter Söderström (born 1976) is an investment director at Solidium, responsible for the holdings in Nokia, Outokumpu, Sampo and Tietoevry. In addition, he is in change of managing Solidium’s treasury function and coordinating the operations of the investment organisation. He is a board member at Outokumpu and Tietoevry, and a member of Anora's nomination board. Petter has worked at Solidium since the founding of the company in 2009. He holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree.

Timo Mäkinen (born 1991) works as an investment manager at Solidium and is responsible for the new investments in growth companies and analysis in the Nokia and Stora Enso investment teams. In addition, he is in charge of the tools and databases of the investment team. Timo holds a M. Sc. (Industrial Engineering and Management) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2020.

Toni Nurmi (born 1993) works as an investment manager at Solidium. He is responsible for the new investments in growth companies and analysis in Nokian Tyres, Tietoevry and Valmet investment teams. He holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2018.

Ulla Palmunen (born 1974) is Solidium’s General Counsel and responsible for compliance in Solidium’s operations and acts as the secretary to Solidium’s Board of Directors. As the supervisor of the administration team, Ulla is also responsible for HR, financial and IT matters as well as communication, in addition to legal matters. She has worked at Solidium since 2019 and holds an LL.M degree.

Victor Jansson (born 1994) works as an analyst at Solidium and is responsible for the analysis in the Anora, Konecranes and Sampo investment teams. In addition, he is in charge of the development of Solidium’s corporate responsibility work in the corporate responsibility team. Victor holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2021.
