Matts Rosenberg became CEO of Solidium in August 2025.

Matts has over 20 years of experience in active ownership, investments and corporate transactions. Before joining Solidium, he served as CEO of Rettig – a family-owned investment company, Deputy CEO & CFO of Fortaco Group – a European engineering group, and as a private equity investment professional at IK Partners in Stockholm.

Matts has extensive experience from Board and nomination committee work. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Terveystalo. He is also active in a number of Board nomination committees.

Matts holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Hanken School of Economics.

Petter Söderström is CFO at Solidium, in charge of the company’s financial matters, including performance reporting, portfolio analysis, and treasury activities. In addition, he is responsible for the holdings in Nokia, Outokumpu, Sampo and Tietoevry. He is a board member at Outokumpu and Tietoevry, and chair of the nomination board in Nokian Tyres and member of Anora’s nomination board. Petter has worked at Solidium since the founding of the company in 2009. He holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree.

Ulla Palmunen is Solidium’s General Counsel and responsible for compliance in Solidium’s operations and acts as the secretary to Solidium’s Board of Directors. As the supervisor of the administration team, Ulla is also responsible for HR, financial and IT matters as well as communication, in addition to legal matters. Ulla is a member of ICEYE’s board of directors. She has worked at Solidium since 2019 and holds an LL.M degree.

Aino Pitkänen works at Solidium as an Associate, responsible for analysis within the investment teams of Nokian Tyres, Stora Enso and Tietoevry. Aino joined Solidium’s investment team in spring 2024 and holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree.

Annareetta Lumme-Timonen is responsible for the Anora, Metso, Stora Enso and Valmet holdings at Solidium. In addition, she manages the corporate responsibility work at Solidium. Annareetta is a member of Anora’s and Valmet´s board of directors and the chairperson of the nomination boards of Metso and Tietoevry. Annareetta has been working at Solidium since 2009 and holds the degrees of M.Sc. (Eng.) and D.Sc. (Tech.).

Jaana Lahti works as an Assistant to Solidium’s CEO. Jaana has worked at Solidium since 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, HSO, degree.

Joonas Hytti works as an Investment Manager at Solidium. He is responsible for the holding in Konecranes and conducting analyses in the Elisa, Metso and Outokumpu investment teams. In addition, he is in charge of the calculation of returns and the annual report project. Joonas holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2019.

Mari Ovaskainen works as a HR and IT Specialist at Solidium. She is responsible for HR management tasks as well as IT procurement and service provider co-operation. She has worked at Solidium since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Natalie Nevaste works as an Office Manager at Solidium. Natalie holds a Master of Hospitality Management degree and has worked at Solidium since 2011.

Timo Mäkinen works as an Investment Manager at Solidium. He is responsible for the holdings in Elisa and ICEYE, analysis in the Nokia investment team and the new investments in growth companies. In addition, he is in charge of the tools and databases of the investment team. Timo holds a M. Sc. (Industrial Engineering and Management) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2020.

Toni Nurmi works as an Investment Manager at Solidium. He is responsible for the holding at Nokian Tyres, analysis in Valmet investment team and new investments in growth companies. Toni is a member of the nomination board of Valmet. He holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2018.

Victor Jansson works as an Associate at Solidium and is responsible for the analysis in the Anora, Konecranes and Sampo investment teams. In addition, he is in charge of the development of Solidium’s corporate responsibility work in the corporate responsibility team. Victor holds a M. Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) degree and has worked at Solidium since 2021.
