Sami Tanner has today started in his role as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and member of Solidium’s leadership team. His appointment was previously announced on 26 June 2026 (release).
Anniina Järvinen (b. 1983, LL.M.) joins Solidium as Interim General Counsel in November 2026, as Solidium’s current General Counsel Ulla Palmunen has decided to pursue a career outside of Solidium. Anniina joins Solidium from Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd, from the role as Partner focusing on public M&A, capital markets transactions, and other matters related to securities markets regulation and corporate governance.
The recruitment process of a permanent General Counsel at Solidium is ongoing.
