Solidium has appointed Sami Tanner (b. 1981, M.Sc., Finance) as its Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and member of Solidium’s leadership team. Sami currently acts as Head of Strategy at Musti Group Plc, and has 20 years of international experience in value creation. Prior to Musti Group, he worked in strategy consulting for Bain & Company.

In his role as CIO, reporting to CEO Matts Rosenberg, Sami will be responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of Solidium’s active ownership and value creation activities, and he will start in his position latest by year-end 2026. Until then, Matts Rosenberg will continue as Acting CIO, in addition to his role as CEO of Solidium. Following Sami taking up his CIO role, Solidium’s leadership team will comprise CEO Matts Rosenberg, General Counsel Ulla Palmunen, CFO Petter Söderström, and CIO Sami Tanner.
