Solidium is a holding company wholly owned by the State of Finland and a minority owner in nationally important listed companies.

Solidium’s mission is to strengthen and stabilise Finnish ownership in the companies and to increase the value of its holdings in the long run. Solidium’s operations are market-based, and investment decisions are only made when financial prerequisites are met. Our vision is that our portfolio companies outperform their peers. Solidium has minority interest in all of the twelve listed companies it owns.
