The sole shareholder of Solidium Oy, the State of Finland, has appointed Pasi Laine (born 1963, M.Sc., Vuorineuvos, an honorary Finnish title) as a new member of the Board of Directors, effective as of 12 October 2026. Pasi Laine currently serves as Chair of the Boards of Directors of Neste and Konecranes. He previously served, among other roles, as President and CEO of Valmet from 2014 to 2024 and in several other executive positions.
