Influencing
Solidium regularly engages in discussions with the chairpersons of the boards and executive management of its portfolio companies, with a particular focus on monitoring the progress of value creation plans. Board nominations are prepared in cooperation with other major shareholders through nomination board work, and Solidium also actively participates in broader shareholder dialogue. Solidium influences the board work of its portfolio companies through its own board members to promote the growth of shareholder value.
Good cooperation in the creation of shareholder value promotes the best interests of the company and all of its shareholders.
